Business&ITCenter21: Introduction to Business

Having a solid foundation in business and technology skills prepares students to be productive and successful in their careers, and in life. Introduction to Business for Business & ITCenter21 effectively layers proven instructional strategies to scaffold students toward mastery of these skills. Students construct understanding as they progress from learning about concepts to watching procedural demonstrations, and finally, to performing skills independently in real-world, business contexts. Interactive questions and exercises keep students on track along the way.

The business education lesson plans start by building a foundation of business theory. Theories are reinforced by small practice projects using Microsoft Office. Finally, students are able to demonstrate their subject mastery and creativity through projects.

Content for Students, Introduction to Business Lesson Plans, and Quizzes are available through online cloud servers. Microsoft Office 2010 is required for students to complete exercises and projects.
