How It Works:

STEP 1:
You must contact AES Support by phone or e-mail prior to establishing a remote connection.
STEP 2:
Complete the fields below, type your name, select your representative from the drop-down menu, and then click the Click Here button.
STEP 3: Click RUN or OK to all security messages.

With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
