How do I connect my student stations to my teacher relay station?
Occasionally, student workstations can become disconnected from the teacher relay station. To restore the connection, follow these instructions:
- Click Start, click Programs, click techcenter21 (or BusinessCenter21 or LifeCenter21), and click Toolbox.
- Double-click on Network Installation Software. The following screen will appear:

- Because this is workstation you will select No and then click Next. The following screen will appear:

- You should see a Relay listed on the screen. The Relay name that you entered on the Relay station should appear. Select it and then click Next. The following screen will appear:

- Enter the appropriate station ID number and then click Finish.
The network installation software will install some files and then should return you to the Toolbox. Exit the Toolbox and the workstation should start properly and should be connected to the AES network.
