What if I forget my password?
If you know someone on-site that can log on to webTRAC Manager as an admin, that person can reset your password for you in the Setup Teachers area of webTRAC Manager.
If you are the admin or you do not know who the admin is, AES can reset your password ONLY if you have access to your webTRAC SERVER workstation. Access your webTRAC SERVER station and then contact support: 800-220-2175, ext. 8.
