What if students get a “cannot connect to the webTRAC server” message?
Please have your IT staff access your webTRAC Server station:
- On the server, click Start, Run, and type: services.msc.
- In the list of services, find: AES Service.
- If the service is NOT started, please START it.
- If the services are started, please Stop it wait a few moments and then Start it again.
- If the issue is still not resolved, try following the steps in Tech Tip 235.
