What if students get a message about an invalid license?

An invalid license messaged can indicate that the license has expired OR that the Network Interface
Card, IP address, or computer name has changed on the server.

If the license is expired, your site must take steps to renew your license. If data on the server has
changed, AES can inactivate the license associated with the original data which will allow you to re-
activate the license.
