7.       Edit the document as desired and save it (do not rename the file to a different filename).

8.       Close WordPad (or Word).

9.       Using a blank floppy, save the Contract.rtf file to the A: drive. Click once on the Contract.rtf file to highlight the file and then click File ... Send To ... 3½ Floppy (A).

At all the other workstations, do the following:

4.       On the right side, click once on the file named Contract.rtf to highlight it.

5.       Click on Edit and then Copy.

6.       Scroll down until you locate your TC21_EXE folder (most likely found in the C: drive) and double click on that folder.

7.       Double click on the tcf12 folder.

8.       Double click on the Xfer_spt folder.

9.       Click on Edit and then Paste.

10.    When prompted that this folder already contains a file named 'Contract.rtf', click Yes.

11.    Close Windows Explorer and remove the floppy from the floppy drive.

12.    Log onto the Introduction Unit to see if your edited Lab Contract correctly appears.

13.    Repeat steps 1 through 12 on the remaining workstations.
