iTRAC v2.0: Reloading Teams
Issue
If the teams file (083) is corrupted, do the
following steps at the Relay station to correct the problem.
Action
1.
At the Relay station, exit everything.
2.
Open Toolbox
(Start, Programs, TechCenter21, Toolbox).
3.
Double click on Customer Service Utilities.
4.
Click on Reload Files.
5.
Select Critical.
6.
Click on the Reload Teams (083) (Global) button.
7.
Select the appropriate workstation(s) and
click on the Reload File button.
8.
Click Yes to complete the reload.
9.
Exit everything and return to the
workstation to see if the error has been fixed.
