webTRAC: Create New Class Periods

1.       In the webTRAC Manager, open Lab Setup.

2.       On the left side of the screen, click to open the Class Periods page.

3.       On the right side of the screen in Help, click Create new class periods.

4.       Using Help as a reference, create class periods for the current or up-coming school year. Make sure to do the following items:

§         In the toolbar, click New.

§         Enter a unique number for the class period, and then enter a title. Click Next.

§         Select one of the available options. Click Next.

§         If prompted, select a Course Template or Class Period.

§         Click Finish.

§         Select a marking period set for the class period.

§         Select a student profile for the class period.

§         To make edits to the unit sequence, click Edit Units and follow the instructions in the Help window.

§         To make edits to the teacher assignments, click Edit Assignments and follow the instructions in the Help window.

§         In the toolbar, click Save.
