webTRAC: Apply Student Profiles
Class
Period: To apply the student profile to a class period:
§
In the webTRAC Manager, open Lab Setup.
§
On the left side of the screen, click to open
the Class Periods page.
§
Click to select a Class Period.
§
webTRAC 3.1 or newer: Make sure the General tab is selected.
§
Under Student Profile, click Choose a defined profile.
§
Click the Load
button.
§
Click to select the profile. You may need to
browse to the My Profiles folder.
§
Click Ok.
§
In the toolbar, click Save.
Individual
Student: To apply the student profile to an individual student:
§
In the webTRAC Manager, open Grade Book.
§
On the left side of the screen, click to open
the Student Information page.
§
Click to select a student name.
§
After Student Profile, click the Change button.
§
Click Choose
a defined profile.
§
Click to select the profile. You may need to
browse to the My Profiles folder.
§
Click Ok.
§
In the toolbar, click Save.
