iTRAC: Reloading a Corrupt Database In TC21/BC21/LC21/CC21, databases can occasionally become corrupt beyond repair. In this case, you may sometimes need to replace the database with an original, blank copy. NOTE: Always consult with AES Client Services at support@aeseducation.com or at (800) 220-2175, x. 8 before
attempting to reload a corrupt database.
Irreversible data loss will occur during this process. 1. Click Start Ü Programs Ü TechCenter21 Ü Toolbox and enter your teacher password. 2. Double-click Customer Service Utilities. 3. Click Reload Files, select the database you wish to reload, and click the green running man. 4. Once the database has been restored, exit out of the Utilities and exit out of the Toolbox. Then restart TechCenter21 and it should work properly. 5.
