webTRAC: Print Grade Reports

The following instructions can be completed at a teacher station:

1.       In the webTRAC Manager, open the Grade Book.

2.       On the left side of the screen, click to open the Grades page.

3.       After Class Period, use the down-arrow to select the Class Period.

4.       If printing a specific student’s grades, click to select that student.

5.       In the top right toolbar, click the Print button.


webTRAC 3.1 or newer

1.       In the Report Selection dialog box, click the report name, click Next, and then follow the instructions in the dialog box.

§         To print a spreadsheet or grid view of all marking periods, exams and class grades, click Grade Summary (Spreadsheet View).

§         To print the most detailed report, select Student Work Details (expanded Lessons/Quizzes).

§         To print a unit answer key, click Answer Key for a Unit. The answer key will include status information for each question, such as if it is included in the unit test and exam question pools.

§         To print the students’ answers for key questions, select Student Answers for Key Questions.

2.       In the Print Preview dialog box, use the top toolbar buttons to export, print, and navigate the report.

§         To export the report, click the Save icon. File types include CSV, HTML, XLS, PDF and RTF.

§         To print the report, click the Print icon.


webTRAC 3.0 or older

1.       In the Print dialog box, select to print Selected students or ALL students in current class. And then if needed, select Start each student on a new page. Select the Print Information to include in your report. Use the following tips:

§         To print grades for assessment categories, such as Key Questions, Unit Test, Rubric, participation, and a summary of the lessons, select Assessment categories for each unit.

§         To print the most detailed report, select Assessment categories for each unit and Individual lessons for the Lesson category. This will print grades for Key Questions, Unit Test, Rubric, participation, and individual lesson grades.

2.       Click the Preview button to see how the report will appear. If you are satisfied with the report, click Print. Otherwise, repeat this process until you have a satisfactory report.
