In this unit, students will learn about: outgoing mail and the classifications of mail and special delivery services, as they understand how to fold a letter, address an envelope, and use postage.

Unit: Reflection Questions
In this activity, students will journal about upholding confidentiality while processing mail and creating written communications and describe the five steps of the writing process. A class discussion can follow.
Unit: Creating Written Communication Activity
In this activity, students will create a memo and a business letter for a medical facility and properly fold and insert the letter into an envelope.
Unit: Current Event
Students will review articles for information related to a topic in the module. Once an article is found, students complete a Current Event form.
