A Remote Assistance link was added to the Instructor dashboard. The link opens a new window with the Remote Assistance page from the www.aeseducation.com site. Use this link to contact us remotely from your workstation or a student's. Once connected, you can allow our support staff to control your mouse and/or keyboard so that we can help resolve any issue you or your students are experiencing. You can also use remote assistance to show our support staff what you are seeing on your screen if you find it difficult to explain. Finally, you can use the remote assistance tool to simply chat with our support staff. Chat is also available.
We've updated our Help videos and pages to keep them current with recent changes made to the online system. Help is a great resource for you, particularly outside of our customer support hours.
