CPR Module Revamp

Posted On: 8/5/19

The CPR Methods 2015 module has been revamped to provide better context and clarity for your students to learn CPR and Basic Life Support procedures!

What's new with the CPR module?

The module is now called "CPR and Basic Life Support" and has been reorganized into 16 lessons across four units.

Here's a comparison between the old and new versions of how the module is organized:

On a more detailed level, you'll find:

  • More detailed steps for CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) procedures
  • New information related to automated external defibrillators (AEDs)
  • More statistics and technical definitions
  • More background information on why procedures are performed in certain ways
  • New photos, thanks to the help of local EMR/EMT professionals

In total, these changes added four additional hours of content, for a total of 12 hours of CPR- and BLS-related curriculum!
