February is national CTE month, and our team at iCEV could not be more excited for an entire month dedicated to spreading awareness about the value of CTE. In conjunction with CTE month, this week, we are celebrating FCCLA Week. Read this blog to learn more about FCCLA and discover some fun facts about the organization.
Family, Career and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a national CTSO for students in family and consumer sciences (FCS) courses. FCCLA gives students a chance to pursue intra-curricular activities designed to prepare them for future careers. Since its formation in 1945, FCCLA has been providing students with the tools to make a difference in their families, careers and communities by addressing vital personal, work and societal issues through FCS education.
